Below are two different angles of the same cato of John O'Donnell's Launch Pad Exocet. Again, it was a D12-5. This was it's first flight as well, but it was repaired and flown on an Aerotech E30 at a demo at the Neil Armstrong Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio. You can visit his home page.
